Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized. Where complete deletion is not technically feasible (for example, in backup systems), data is isolated and protected from further active processing until deletion is possible.

You have the right to be informed about the collection and processing of your Personal Data before or at the time of collection. This Policy constitutes phjill's primary disclosure for this purpose.
You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data phjill holds about you, together with information about how it is used and with whom it has been shared. Access requests will be responded to within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held in your phjill Account. You may update most Account details directly from your Account settings. For corrections to KYC or identity data, contact support directly.
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Where deletion is not possible due to a legal retention requirement, phjill will inform you of the reason and the earliest date on which the data can be deleted.
You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data based on legitimate interest — in particular, processing for direct marketing purposes. Objections to direct marketing will be honored immediately. Objections to other legitimate-interest processing will be considered against phjill's operational and legal obligations.
You have the right to receive a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have that data transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.
If you believe phjill has not handled your Personal Data in accordance with RA 10173 or this Policy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC). phjill requests that you contact our Data Protection Officer first to allow us to resolve the matter directly; however, your right to approach the NPC directly is unconditional.
The phjill platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. phjill does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21. Account registration requires confirmation of age eligibility and may require documentary age verification. Where phjill discovers that an Account has been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, any deposited funds returned where legally permissible, and all associated Personal Data deleted from active systems.
If you believe that a person under the age of 21 has registered an account on the phjill platform, please notify our support team immediately at the contact details provided in Clause 14 of this Policy.
phjill's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. Certain third-party service providers engaged by phjill — including cloud infrastructure providers and technology service providers — may process data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
Where Personal Data is transferred outside the Philippines, phjill ensures that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including: contractual data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations on the recipient; the use of approved standard contractual clauses; or transfers to jurisdictions recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection under applicable standards.

phjill reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes — defined as modifications that substantially affect your rights or how your Personal Data is processed — will be communicated to you via your registered Philippine mobile number or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
Non-material changes, such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing practices, or updates to reflect regulatory changes, may take effect immediately upon publication. The version number and effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect the current version at all times.
