These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phjill platform — including account registration, gameplay, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any real-money bets.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play at phjill. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR-aligned regulations. phjill will request age verification documents at any time and will suspend accounts where compliance cannot be confirmed.
Each person may hold only one active phjill account. Duplicate accounts — whether for the same individual or operated by a household member using another person's identity — are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
All phjill accounts operate in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. For crypto deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation. phjill does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms — including minimum wagering multiples, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — are specified in each individual promotion. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
Every phjill account includes access to deposit limits, session duration reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These are accessible from your account settings at any time without requiring a support request. Use of these tools does not affect your standing on the platform.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "the Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter, "the User," "you," or "Member") and phjill (hereinafter, "phjill," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://phjill.org and any associated mobile-optimized versions thereof.
By accessing the phjill platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the phjill Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phjill platform and must not create or maintain an account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:
You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and engage in Real Money Play on the phjill platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering, you represent that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Users accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions are in violation of these Terms and assume sole legal responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.
Each individual person is entitled to register and maintain one (1) active phjill Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email addresses, mobile numbers, or device configurations used — is strictly prohibited. phjill employs technical and operational measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.
Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including: a valid Philippine mobile number; a chosen username; and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. phjill is not responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, including selecting a strong password, not sharing your credentials with any third party, and logging out of the platform on shared or public devices.
phjill will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your login credentials. In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify phjill support immediately through the in-platform live chat or via the support email address.
All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits initiated, and withdrawals requested — shall be your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized such activity, unless you have notified phjill of suspected unauthorized access prior to the activity occurring.
phjill accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of on-chain confirmation.
Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders in good standing. Prior to requesting a withdrawal, you must ensure: (a) your Account has completed any applicable Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification; (b) any Bonus Funds included in your balance have satisfied their associated wagering requirements; and (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the applicable maximum withdrawal limit for your account tier.
phjill endeavors to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM PHT). Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. phjill does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or force majeure events.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos. phjill does not offer multi-currency accounts. Conversion rates applied to cryptocurrency deposits are at phjill's sole discretion and are non-negotiable. Disputes regarding conversion rates must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the transaction.
phjill operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Third-party withdrawals — transfers to payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name — are strictly prohibited. phjill reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to delay or decline withdrawals pending verification.
All games available on the phjill platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game prior to Real Money Play. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital titles and by live physical equipment for live dealer games. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are disclosed within each game's information panel.
phjill reserves the right to void any bet or game round that results from a technical error, a software malfunction, a network interruption, or any other event outside the normal operation of the game. In such cases, the affected bet amounts will be returned to your Account balance. phjill's determination regarding the validity of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 13.
Jackpot wins exceeding certain threshold amounts may be subject to additional verification before payout. phjill will notify affected Members and complete verification within a reasonable timeframe. Jackpot amounts displayed on progressive jackpot games are approximate and updated in real time; the final confirmed amount at the time of win is the binding figure.
phjill may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programs to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any winnings derived therefrom are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated: (a) only Real Money bets count toward wagering requirements; (b) bets on certain games (including, but not limited to, baccarat and roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus wagering; and (c) bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not satisfied within the specified timeframe.
phjill reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any bonus and any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal variance, exploitation of bonus terms across multiple accounts, or any other practice that phjill determines, in its reasonable judgment, to constitute an abuse of its promotional offers.
Bonuses are offered at phjill's sole discretion and their availability may vary by account, region, deposit method, or time period. No Member has a contractual right to receive any specific bonus unless phjill has made an explicit, individualized offer. phjill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phjill platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
phjill reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct and to take such further action as it deems appropriate, including legal proceedings and referral to relevant authorities.

phjill takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. The 21+ age requirement is enforced at account registration through mobile number verification and may be further enforced through documentary age verification at any time. Any Member who believes that a person under 21 is accessing the phjill platform should report this immediately to phjill support.
If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, phjill strongly encourages you to seek support. All content on the phjill platform — including, without limitation, the phjill brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phjill or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phjill platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or create derivative works based on any platform content.
Any unauthorized use of phjill's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phjill.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjill's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjill Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjill shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from your reliance on the platform's availability or uninterrupted operation; (d) losses arising from delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors; or (e) any losses arising from circumstances outside phjill's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or government action.
The phjill platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phjill endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, no warranty is given regarding uninterrupted access, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
phjill reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) phjill has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) phjill is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phjill reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for administrative, regulatory, or voluntary reasons unrelated to a breach, any eligible balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phjill support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending transactions at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the phjill platform, you agree to first contact phjill's customer support team with a written description of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. phjill will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to mediation or, if mediation is unsuccessful, to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, as applicable. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against phjill.
phjill reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments — defined as changes that substantively affect your rights or obligations — will be notified to Members via the registered mobile number or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Non-material amendments (including, but not limited to, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of these Terms will be updated to reflect the most current version.
Your continued use of the phjill platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request voluntary account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
